Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the 15200 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the 15200 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of 15200's services following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full features of the 15200 platform, you must register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted one account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 15200 will never ask for your password via email or message. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our customer support immediately.
Prohibition of Fraudulent Activity
Any attempt to manipulate the system, use automated bots, commit identity fraud, or abuse promotions is strictly prohibited. 15200 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in such activities without prior notice and without refund of any remaining balance.
Geographical Restrictions
The 15200 platform is designed for users in Malaysia. Users who access the platform from regions that restrict or prohibit such services are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. 15200 makes no representation that the platform's content is appropriate or lawful in any other jurisdiction.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and valid. Providing false information may result in account closure. Users are also responsible for keeping their account information up to date should any changes occur.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 15200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support the most widely used local payment methods in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and bank transfers via FPX.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the account owner's name only. Deposits from third parties are not permitted.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the same account holder's name. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
- 15200 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including bank delays or external payment system disruptions.

Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 15200 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
15200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.
Account Suspension & Closure
15200 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activities
- Suspension request initiated by the user
- Extended account inactivity as defined under the platform's current policy
- Compliance with a court order or request from a legitimate authority
Important Note
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any credit balance or funds in the account may be forfeited at 15200's discretion, particularly where the closure is related to fraudulent activity or system abuse.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 15200 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 15200 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Malaysia.
Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 15200. Using the 15200 logo or brand for personal, commercial, or any other purpose without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
